Blown away by these amazing paintings by Kim Cogan. Found them via a great website for inspiration with a weird name: Fecal Face Dot Com. Despite the gross sounding name this is a great resource to discover incredible art.
Kim Cogan’s paintings of New York City are at the same time realistic and ethereal. He seems to have a way of making seemingly banal subject matter seem precious.
This series is showing at Gallery Henoch in NYC beginning tonight! I wish I was there to see them in person.

It’s been rainy and grey here in Montreal for the last, well let’s see, it feels like it’s been grey and drab the whole week! SO I decided to cap off this ridiculously busy week with a little something to make you smile. What makes you smile? I invite you to answer this question with ONE WORD in the comment section of this post.
Come out and visit PUCES POP this weekend, where I will be selling my jewelry along with 100 other talented local vendors!
