Cheesecake in a Jar!

I’ve been really getting into baking as of late, but have yet to try a cheesecake (which is my favorite dessert!). SO, when I saw this recipe on Pinterest I definitely wanted to try it! I’m going to make these this week or weekend and I’ll let you know how it went. Have any of you tried a cheesecake (or any other cake) in a jar? they would make pretty good christmas gifts!

Delicious Dinner for 2012

Thought I would start 2012 off with a recipe that I tried last night for dinner: Thai Chicken Noodle Soup. It was delicious and easy too! If you try it, let me know how it turns out for you! This recipe is definitely going on our regular dinner roster.
